There are two versions available, regular and imperfect. The imperfect scarves are a little more white on the reverse side, so not as “reversible.” The image does not bleed through as much. Otherwise, they’re perfectly fine, and still packaged in the pretty envelope!

Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting requirements. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and securely secured prior to shipment. Every day we ship hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This is an indication of our determination to become the biggest online retailer in the world. Warehouses and distribution centres can be located in Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders with multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items ordered before shipping. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state that you received it in. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
